Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Recovertrdrainau, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our educational products, enrolling in programs, or booking consulting sessions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

This policy applies to all purchases made through recovertrdrainau.world or directly through our team via email or phone. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

All refund requests are evaluated individually and in good faith. We aim to process approved refunds within ten (10) business days of approval, though your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the credit.

2. Digital Educational Products

Digital products include downloadable workbooks, PDF guides, template packs, and other electronic materials delivered via email or account access.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund available within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital files.
  • Partial refund (50%) may be considered within fourteen (14) days if you accessed the materials but found them substantially different from the product description.
  • No refund is available after fourteen (14) days from purchase date, or if the product has been fully downloaded and accessed without a documented technical issue.

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, contact us at assist@recovertrdrainau.world before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve access issues within three (3) business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of the standard timeframe.

3. Physical Educational Products

Physical products include printed journals, workbooks, and other tangible materials shipped to your address.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Opened or used physical products may receive a partial refund at our discretion, depending on condition.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

3.3 Return Process

To initiate a physical product return, email assist@recovertrdrainau.world with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within two (2) business days. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are informational guidance conversations about evening routine organization. They are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical services.

4.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Full refund or free rescheduling if you cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session time.
  • 50% refund if you cancel between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the session.
  • No refund for cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours before the session or for no-shows.

4.2 Session Packages

Multi-session packages follow the same cancellation policy per individual session. Unused sessions in a package may be refunded at the per-session rate minus a 15% administrative fee if requested within ninety (90) days of purchase and before more than half the sessions have been completed.

4.3 Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a completed consulting session, contact us within seven (7) days describing your concerns. We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consulting sessions.

5. Programs and Challenges

Structured programs (such as our 21-Day Night Routine Challenge) involve multi-week educational content delivered via email and optional group sessions.

5.1 Refund Window

  • Full refund available within seven (7) days of program start date if you have accessed no more than two (2) days of program content.
  • Partial refund (50%) available within fourteen (14) days of program start if you have accessed no more than one week of content and provide written feedback explaining your reason for withdrawal.
  • No refund after fourteen (14) days from program start or after accessing more than one week of content.

5.2 Program Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a program before it begins, you receive a full refund automatically within five (5) business days. If a program is discontinued mid-cycle due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a prorated refund for unused content or transfer to a future cohort at your choice.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email assist@recovertrdrainau.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order Number]"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number or transaction date, product or service name, and reason for the refund request
  3. For physical product returns, wait for return authorization before shipping items back
  4. Allow up to five (5) business days for us to review and respond to your request

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot refund to alternative payment methods or accounts for security reasons.

7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Products or services obtained through third-party platforms (refund requests must be directed to the platform where purchase occurred)
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
  • Customized or personalized materials created specifically for your request
  • Gift purchases after the gift recipient has accessed the product (the purchaser may request refund before access)
  • Services fully rendered, including completed consulting sessions (subject to satisfaction review in Section 4.3)

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith. Repeated refund requests from the same customer may result in restricted purchasing privileges.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to purchased products and services while the dispute is investigated.

We provide documentation to payment processors for legitimate chargeback responses. If a chargeback is found to be invalid after review, you may be responsible for associated fees and may lose access to our services.
